1 General Terms & Conditions

Je999 (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "us") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between je999 and its users ("you" or "player").

These Terms & Conditions are consistent with the applicable laws of Bangladesh and the regulations of our licensing authority. In the event of any dispute, the laws of our licensing jurisdiction shall apply.

• These terms may be updated at any time, with 7 days' notice before changes take effect.
• If both Bangla and English versions of the terms exist, the Bangla version shall be considered authoritative.
• These terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use je999 — no exceptions.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on je999, you must meet the eligibility criteria below. All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds.

Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may only create one account — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must operate your account in your own name and using your own payment methods.

3 Deposits & Payments

Deposits on je999 are fully secure and protected by SSL encryption. All popular mobile banking and bank transfer methods in Bangladesh are supported.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (one hundred BDT)
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (Fifty Thousand BDT)
• Daily Maximum Deposit Limit: ৳2,00,000 (Two Lakh BDT)
• Deposits are generally instant — credited to your account within 30 minutes at most.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Je999 does not charge any deposit fees; however, charges from your payment provider may apply.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Je999 guarantees the fastest payouts. The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (Five Hundred BDT)
• Maximum Single Withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT)
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳3,00,000 (BDT Three Lakh)
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large first-time withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed if there is an active bonus on your account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Je999 bonuses and promotional offers are provided under specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to these terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement — typically 15x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all bets placed using bonus balance.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being credited.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or the same IP address may result in all accounts being suspended.
• Je999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets at je999 are fair and operated in accordance with international standards. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG technology.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Je999 reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• In live betting, some bets may be rejected due to network delays.
• Any bet suspected of involving match-fixing or collusion will be voided and the account will be investigated.
• Each sport in Sports Betting is subject to its own specific rules.
• Lottery draw results are final and no appeals will be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on je999. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or placing strategic bets to avoid wagering requirements.
• Using another person's account or payment method.
• Using je999 for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Hacking the platform's software, exploiting bugs, or using automation software.
• Harassing or threatening other players or je999 staff.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Je999 may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) in a timely manner.
• If suspicious financial activity or signs of fraud are detected.
• Upon court order or at the request of law enforcement authorities.

You can also contact support at any time to close your account. Any valid balance will be returned after verification is complete.

9 Responsible Gaming

Je999 believes gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to self-exclude for anywhere between 30 days and permanently, at your own request.
• Cooling-Off Period: Option to take a temporary break from gaming.
• Reality Check: You are periodically reminded of how long you have been playing.

10 Limitation of Liability

Je999 is not liable for the following:

• If a game or bet is cancelled due to a lost internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Missing out on an opportunity due to technical errors or server downtime.

However, should a player suffer financial loss due to an error on je999's part, we are committed to resolving it.

11 Changes to Terms

Je999 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, at least 7 days' notice will be provided via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
